Customized services to help you see more clearly
We hope to accompany future students in their choice of program.
To do so, we offer a range of services.
Have questions about our programs?
Thinking of applying?
Our team of student information specialists is here to answer your questions and give you options. The team’s goal is not to convince you to attend the FSAA, but to help you find YOUR program. Student satisfaction, both current and future, lies at the core of our mission.

Want to visit us?
Need to have a look around before beginning your studies?
At the FSAA, you can come visit the facilities and laboratories. There are two options available to you:
1- Open House: This is the best time to visit the FSAA. Program directors, advisors, and student ambassadors are there to meet you. Laboratories and offices are accessible, in addition to various campus facilities (PEPS, Library, Dorms, etc.). Bring along your friends or family and gather valuable information about different université services (BBAF, Registrar, SSSP, etc.).
A free shuttle service is offered to students living outside the greater Quebec City area to help them get to campus on the following dates.
The next Open Houses are on:
- Saturday, November 8, 2014
- Saturday, February 7, 2015
2. Can’t make to the "Open House"? We are ready to welcome you for a tour of your future study environment.
By making an appointment, we can arrange a tour according to your needs. You will be accompanied by an information specialist or a student who will be happy to answer all your questions. Tours last approximately one to two hours.

Want to talk to a student to find out what it’s really like?
Do you have questions about student life?
The Committee of Student Ambassadors is here for you. The Committee is made up of undergraduate students from all our programs. The ambassador’s role is to represent the FSAA and its programs.
They can meet with you one-on-one, or with a FSAA representative, to discuss their academic background, involvement in their field of study and their experience as a FSAA student at Université Laval.
Ambassadors can facilitate workshops or tours that focus on knowledge and skills covered in their field of study. They are also willing to meet, by request, with prospective students who want to speak directly to a student for more information “from the frontlines” and to find out "what it’s like to study at the FSAA."
