Large-scale research in the field of the natural sciences or engineering
The NSERC Industrial Research Chairs aim to assist universities in undertaking large-scale research in the fields of natural sciences or engineering. This program also seeks to promote this initiative in areas that are not developed by universities. The transfer of knowledge and training are at the heart of their mission. Researchers backed by the NSERC are at the cutting edge of science.
FSAA research teams are currently working on four of the 15 NSERC Industrial Research Chairs granted at Université Laval.
